25/10/2024 - "Update on the operation of the ESIDIS Public Works subsystem"
SUBJECT: Notification on the operation of the subsystem ESIDIS Public Works. Related:
(a) Article 37 of Law 4412/2016, as in force, Management of Computing Infrastructure – Government Cloud of the Ministry of Digital Governance.
(b) Joint Ministerial Decision No. 166278/2021 (Government Gazette 2813/B’/30-06-2021).
We inform you that on Friday, 25/10/2024, from 09:47 to 10:32, a technical failure occurred in the ESIDIS Public Works system.
In order to ensure equal treatment and eliminate exclusions and disputes in the context of bid submissions, preliminary appeals, etc., it is recommended that the Contracting Authorities/Contracting Entities, taking into account this notification and the relevant JMD (b), regulate the continuation of the affected tenders during the aforementioned time frame by means of a reasoned decision.
The Directorate of Management, Development, and Support of ESIDIS of the Ministry of Digital Governance is requested to post this notice on the Home Page of the ESIDIS OPS Web Portal.
The Information Technology and Electronic Systems Support Service of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport is requested to post this notice on the websites www.yme.gr and www.ggde.gr.
